Charlie Crist, running scared, snubs POTUS

With polls showing Dem Jim Davis closing in GOPer Charlie Crist in the FL Governor's race, Crist couldn't afford to be seen with Pres. Bush during his huge trip to Pensacola this afternoon, snubbing POTUS to campaign in South Florida and that ever-important I-4 corridor. What a snub. And the White House is not pleased.

But wouldn't they rather have a Republican governor in Florida than a nice headliner to introduce Pres. Bush? That's the choice. The Florida moderates do not like Bush, and Crist needs those moderate voters to win. Wow...A come-lately nail biter in FL.
